New buildings being constructed are required to comply with any height restrictions mandatory within the District Plan for your area.

We are able to provide accurate level information for your new building, and then certify height compliance to your local council. Note that to enable this to be done we will need to take ground levels on your property prior to any earthworks being undertaken
