Riverside Development - Albert Town

Riverside Stage 5 was another quality development started in Nov 2004 that had all the engineering and surveying work completed by Paterson Pitts Partners Ltd on behalf of the developer, Infinity Investment Group.

The 52 lot development has sections ranging in size from 2000m² to 4000m². Construction for the development commenced in May 2005 and was completed in October 2005. This work included extensive engineering work with retaining walls and pavement construction due to unstable ground. The majority of the existing native manuka & kanuka vegetation was retained and extensive k-line watering has been used to establish good grass coverage.
