Surveying, Engineering, Subdivision, Unit Titles, Resource Consents
Land Development, subdivisions and more

Under the Resource management Act 1991 and your local District Plan, if you want to develop your plan by either subdividing or carrying out some other activity, you will more than likely need to obtain consent from your local council.

To achieve this your proposal will need to be assessed against the rules, which your Council has set in its district plan. You may also need to show how your proposed development or activity will affect the environment, and how any possible adverse effects will be dealt with.

Determining just how the rules affect your proposal can be complex. Paterson Pitts can provide the professional help you need.
